I think I can back this up with proof…last year I decided to focus on and keep a ‘gratitude’ journal, I found it was easy list 3 things daily or as often as I remembered that I was grateful for that day. This year my word was ‘joy’ the more I focused on finding it, the more difficult I’ve found it…I’m switching back to gratitude!

A well put way of looking at it. Happiness or contentment we seek after is often found in the little things of life. Much like the simplicity of a butterfly. Chasing after happiness becomes an elusive exercise when happiness is right in front of us.
